Number puzzle: Fleas

2 fleas, 2 hours! It takes just 2 minutes for 2 fleas to produce 1 more flea - fatal! Given it takes just 2 minutes for 2 fleas to produce 1 more flea, and hence 4 fleas would produce 2 fleas in 2 minutes, how many fleas in total are there once the 2 hours have passed?

Logic: Artistic Impression

In Art class, four students were given a colour each to paint with: red, blue, green and yellow respectively. By spooky coincidence, each of them had a paint brush that was also one of these four colours. Which colour paint and brush did each have, given these facts:

• Green brush? Yellow paint.
• Jane and red just don't mix - true too for Davey.
• Barry always paints in sky blue.
• The blue brush and green paint user wasn't female.
• Always one to stand out, Steve uniquely decided to match his paint and brush
