Footballer who has played at some top clubs over the years, such as Manchester United and Real Madrid. Most notably he played for Manchester United under Alex Ferguson for many years and had great success winning the major football trophies whilst he was there. After a publicised alleged fallout with Ferguson he then moved to Real Madrid. Toward the end of his career he moved to the LA Galaxy in America for a contract worth a huge sum over a few years. He has played a lot for England and was instrumental in their success for many years. He is without doubt the most recognised footballer in the world and is now seen as something of a celebrity in Hollywood outside of football and of course is also known for his marriage to the Spice Girl Victoria Adams, now Victoria Beckham, and he is often in the press. He is also seen as a heartthrob and often voted as one of the most attractive men in the world so he is probably the biggest celebrity to come out of football of his generation.
