The most famous line about Kenny is 'oh my god they killed Kenny'.
He has the unfortunate property of essentially getting killed in some weird or grotesque way in each episode, or at least in many of them.
The other characters pretend to be sad and upset but then seemingly get over it a few seconds later. For instance in one episode he has a heart transplant but the surgeon actually puts a baked potato meant for his lunch inside Kenny.
The comedy feature of the animated TV series is that he magically re-appears in each episode and no mnetion is given of how he is actually alive again, although underneath the hood that he wears it is hard to see who actually is inside it!
